The Penguin's New Groove (2006)

The new animated film follows the animation style of Scooby-Doo and the Witch's Ghost! Koda (based on Shaggy Rogers from Scooby-Doo and the Cyber Chase, and with his red baseball cap facing backward), an outgoing, kind-hearted, fastest, strongest, and most friendly Japanese-British teenage hippie, convinces everyone that he is the father of the penguin named Nori (based on Pingu from the TV show of the same name and Yoshi from Super Mario World served the character design). Koda and Nori are the heroes of the world and they both notice that Nita, the Inventor's Daughter (based on Barbara Gordon from Batman: The Animated Series with a fuchsia-striped neon blue hair instead of red, she wore Belle's yellow dress and gloves and blue bat hood), and her soul mate, a male seal, Sydney (based on Robby from Pingu), are still tied, fight one of the giant jackalopes with their legs. Koda helps them and cuts the ropes from them with a well-aimed chainsaw and together they deal with all of the giant jackalopes. They all set off on a wild journey with treacherous and hazardous enemies including the Rotten robots (they transform into ladybug-like droids with sharp teeth), the two-headed turkey named Olaf and the giant sea turtle named Rufus, Emperor problems, and unexpected teenage skeleton brothers (Papyrus and Sans) with flower princess (Frisk) and fatherly feelings and emotions awaiting them one step forward.
